Shipping Services and Carriers
All orders from Range Rover Owner are shipped via Royal Mail. The shipping service selected will be determined by the items purchased and their value.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping
At this time, Range Rover Owner only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom via our website. Please contact us at matthew@rangeroverowner.com for international shipping options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (depending on shipping service chosen). You can use this number to track your order via the Royal Mail website or app.
Delivery Issues

Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been processed. If you realise that you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at matthew@rangeroverowner.com with your order details.
Please note that we are unable to refund any orders shipped to an incorrectly supplied address. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply the correct shipping address at the point of checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Range Rover Owner, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. In the case of damaged or incorrect items these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items not returned in this condition may incur a restocking fee, or in some circumstances a refund maybe refused.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

Items with damaged or missing tags or packaging
Return Process

Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags.

Ship the items back to us using the service of your choice. We are unable to process a refund until the items have been received and have been inspected.
Please note that all shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
The customer remains responsible for returned items until they reach us. Range Rover Owner is not liable for, nor obligated to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We suggest using a recorded or tracked delivery service with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the items being returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Any refunds issued for returned items will be for the order value of the items returned minus any shipping charges. Range Rover Owner does not refund any shipping costs for orders returned under any circumstances other than those listed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item. No shipping costs will be refunded during an exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund within the terms of this policy.
